Supports Programs

Sada offers a variety of support programs tailored to the needs of individuals facing post-war challenges. These programs aim to provide practical and emotional assistance to enhance psychosocial well-being.

Trauma Counseling

Sada addresses Psychosocial support’s crucial role in treating the trauma of war by addressing both the psychological and social impacts of war experiences. Through PSS, we m help individuals cope with the emotional and social challenges they face after experiencing conflict, loss, or violence during times of war.

Community workshops

Engage in our community workshops designed to teach individuals coping mechanisms to manage the stress, anxiety, and trauma they have experienced during and post war. These strategies can include mindfulness, relaxation techniques, child-friendly spaces and other tools to help individuals regain emotional regulation and resilience.
